THE BOURNE IDENTITY is a good movie though.

Oh, I love BOURNE IDENTITY, too. The one thing I wish they'd really done differently with TAT was to focus more on the comedy and the buddy/camraderie part of it instead of the international intrigue part.

I've watched it about five times already and It grows more and more on me. I love The Bourne trilogy but only own the third. I also like Quantam of Solace. Improvement from Casino Royale though I love that one as well. The extended version of TAT is much better and a lot more funny.

I REALLY loved it this time. The extended ads a lot, I think. I love the extra Murdock moments.
Did anyone notice that when they rolled the "Greater Escape" episode in the VA ward, "Reginald Barclay" was in the credits?! ROFL.
Anyway, it was so fun. I honestly think they did about as good a job as I could hope for. They kept true to the original, while updating what they had to. And the cast was great.

That's where I first saw him. NOw that I've watched the movie more and more I want a sequel to happen. The other day I realized something though. TAT was the last movie Liam Neeson filmed before his wife, Natasha Richardson died. That's an actress I wish was still alive.

Interesting connections. Natasha Richardson also played the lover of DS' character in FAT MAN AND LITTLE BOY. I agree, she died way too young. Also in the credits of the fake movie, look for "G.F. Starbuck" and "Thomas Banacek." The only one who is suspiciously not referenced is Mr. T.

They should have put Laurence Tero! (or however his original name was spelled)

And the director reveals there will only be a sequel if the film sells well on DVD, adding: "Hopefully, we can make it up and find the audience the film should have found during the summer on Blu-ray and DVD. Fingers crossed ... I think a large degree of it (the potential for a sequel) depends on how it does in this (DVD/Blu-ray) realm." The best part about this news? A-Team blu-ray is the #1 best seller in Japan. ;D Bring on that sequel, how about it?!

We should just all send a big letter to Joe Carnahan and have him make a sequel...

If CHARLIE'S ANGELS merits a sequel, by golly, so does TAT. They were clearly going for one, since the ending leaves it wide open for a sequel. I only hope they do one while the actors are still around the same age...
