Hey Guys,
I just bought the soundtrack album for "The A-Team" at the iTunes Store (original TV show, not the movie).
For anyone who owns this, can you make sense of the names of these tracks? They're very odd. For example, the construction montage from the "Range Rider" is called "Young Hannibal." And the montage from "Pros and Cons" when they're driving coast to coast while Murdock is preparing the Dr. Pepper book is called "Murdock's 'Face'."
Other bizarre track names are "Move, Sucker" and "Let's Get Busted."
Anyway, I wanted to identify which episode each track is from, and possibly rename them on my iTunes with the proper episode names.
Does anyone else have this album?
Sorry I know there was already a thread on this but I couldn't find it. Link?

Welcome back here! Yes, I have this soundtrack. I like to use it for exercise music. I think that MURDOCK'S 'FACE' means that Murdock was selecting which face of Face to use for the cover.
LET'S GET BUSTED is from when the guys were trying to get busted in PROS AND CONS, i.e. get arrested.
Some of the music is used more than once. YOUNG HANNIBAL, for example, is also used in, I believe, IT'S A DESERT OUT THERE when they are fixing up the bus.
B.A.'S RIDE may also be used more than once. I think it may be used in THE BATTLE OF BEL-AIR when they are escaping from Intermode.
BANDITS! and MORE BANDITS are from the pilot episode, MEXICAN SLAYRIDE.
THE A-TEAM IN NEW YORK CITY is from THE OUT-OF-TOWNERS.
TAXI CHASE is also, I think, from THE OUT-OF-TOWNERS or else maybe from THE TAXICAB WARS, but I'm thinking it is more likely from THE OUT-OF-TOWNERS.
THE A-TEAM ESCAPE is from PROS AND CONS.
THE A-TEAM PREPARE FOR WAR is from, I think, THE OUT-OF-TOWNERS, during the montage as they prepare to fight the bad guys on that street.
SHOWTIME is, I believe, used in THE RABBIT WHO ATE LAS VEGAS, at the beginning.
I don't know when MOVE, SUCKER is used, but it sounds like something accompanying an angry B.A.
HELICOPTERS is, I think, used in TILL DEATH DO US PART during the helicopter chase scene.

Thanks Amy! Now these track make sense (most of them, anyway).
I was hoping the soundtrack would have that one really cool chase track from "Labor Pains." I think it was first heard early in Season 2 when they were stealing a military plane to either Zulabwe or Ecuador.

I think the soundtrack only features music from Season 1 (although the same music may have been heard in other seasons).

I wish they'd have featured the season 5 theme (which I actually like better than the original.)

I wish they'd have featured the season 5 theme (which I actually like better than the original.) I guess the original album, LP came out fairly early on to get on the A-Team merchandise bandwagon, I've been listening to this in the car this week and it is great.

I always wondered whether I was a bit odd for preferring the Season Five theme tune to the original one. I guess I am not in the minority after all

I like the season 5 theme, but if I had to choose, I have to choose the original. Just too much baggage associated with the season 5 theme I guess. I do kind of like the opening of it with the drums, the flag flying, etc. but I still miss the opening monologue.

YOUNG HANNIBAL is in both RANGE RIDER and also the montage song in IT'S A DESERT OUT THERE.
I love B.A.'S RIDE. Especially that part that seems double-tempo or something. I cannot explain it well enough, maybe, but anyway I love that one.
SHOWTIME kind of makes me laugh. It seems so '70s-ish to me. But I like it anyway. It reminds me of some music that could have been used for THE LOVE BOAT or something.

Funnily enough, when it first heard the theme to season 5 I disliked it, not wanting any change from the original whatsoever. However, the more I listened, the more I enjoyed it. It grew on me.
Also, any idea if the songs are on youtube? I'm rather curious about this now.

What I really wish they'd release is an album that has the "You Are My Sunshine" song along with Murdock's many vocal performances.

Where have I been that I did not know about this??!! Ha, apparently all I was ever aware of was the show, at least until I found my way here. Oh good, Amazon has the soundtrack on Mp3!

Yes, I think they sing well together....they could sing YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE as well as MOON OVER MIAMI on that soundtrack! Did they sing any other songs together on the show?
