And we did it! We watched the entire series looking for ILIWAPCT. We can now do our conclusion about how many times Hannibal says it in the series.

Is this the only time Face was shot in the series? Murdock was shot twice (CURTAIN CALL, SOUND OF THUNDER) and BA was shot in BAD ROCK. Was Hannibal ever shot? BA also got shot in INSANE WAYNE.

What will we watch after we're done? not sure, what would you like to watch? Could you tell us how many times someone says "on the jazz" in the A-Team. Thanks in advance :-)

Thanks in advance :-) The problem with that one is that I don't know if it was ever used beyond the first season, so it may got pretty tiresome listening for it in all the seasons. But maybe they could do that along with other things. I suggested how many times someone gets thrown through a window (or perhaps just how many windows get broken, as sometimes the characters purposely jump through windows....and also, lots of vehicles go through windows).

Or that and vehicle crashes where no one gets hurt.

The police officer called Murdock 'Kid'. I wouldn't call Murdock 'kid'. He does NOT look young. I think kid is just a slang way of saying person, in American films from the 30s and 40's or so sure it means kid, a child but also slang I believe for a person in general as well wasn't it Casablanca? He's looking at you kid? I saw it as condescension-- to some people, anyone who works a customer-service job is a "kid." I did not like Hannibal kissing that girl. It just grosses me out. He seems like a creepy old man with her. Story of Hannibal's life... very rarely do we see him with a woman who looks even remotely his own age. (ETA: In "The Bells of St. Mary's" it was straight-up creepy.)
(I totally 'ship Hannibal and Maggie Sullivan, though...)
I love that a) the cigar on the floor caused that explosion. b) that Murdock used the tray like a frisbee to knock the guy out... I love that a gas explosion was just a small flash that didn't damage anything (except blowing a door off its hinges) and didn't cause a fire or have any effect whatsoever after that (even though the gas was still on...). wat sort of pizza do you like? Well... Any pizza is good pizza. I'm with BA though: no anchovies. Me, too. I noticed it didn't make much of an appearance in S5. Actually, a lot of things I consider classics for the show weren't in S5 much. Disappointing.

One of many reasons season 5 is probably considered the worst season by a majority of fans....or at least I assume so!

Hello from germany! There is actually a german A-Team forum but it is basicly dead...unfortenualy. So iam very happy that I found this one. I just finished the 5th season on DVD(for the second time...at least). And I found the end to be pretty confusing.... In the episode "grey team" (at the end) it sounds like there could have been a 6th season....they no longer had to be working for Stockwell....Hannibal already had some ideas.... But instead they released the last episode (3!) month later and it was absolutely out of context because they still worked for Stockwell. does anyone know the story behind this? And in the end there is the question...why did the series end? Where there maybe plans for a 6th season? Thank you!

I'm not sure what the deal was with why "The Grey Team" and "Without Reservations" were switched... I'm not sure if I've ever heard why and forgot, or if there was never an explanation. Maybe there was some sort of technical issue and they couldn't put "Without Reservations" out on time and did "Grey Team" instead?
As for why the series ended... my understanding is that it'd been sort of on the way out for a long time. I think that's why they switched up a lot of stuff in S5, to try to save it-- except it didn't work. I think that's why they had a lot of "gimmicky" pop-culture stuff in S4, too (Murdock being on Wheel of Fortune, having Boy George and Hulk Hogan as guest stars, etc.).
Somewhere in another thread I, too, had thought they might be leading up to the team getting away from Stockwell as if there might've been more, but after some discussion I think we concluded that they might have just alluded to that so we could imagine what may have happened after the series ended. (I did feel like the end of "Grey Team" was a definite end.)
