What did Face lace through Murdock's mouth to look like a bridle? Think any of that was preplanned? it looked just like a length of black cloth and yep pre-planned

33.60/bushel reduce cut to 20% I'm still curious how many bushels fit in one truck.

I'm going to give it a 9/10. It's still excellent, but just not up there with TILL DEATH and PROS AND CONS and those perfect ones.

I'll see you tomorrow, Colonel. I'm going to hit the hay. And probably dream of watermelons.

Ellen and Face had some chemistry-filled conversations, but they didn't kiss, did they? I don't remember them making out at all. Anyhow, I just looked on IMDB. The actress was 31 at the time, so she was a good age. I don't have a problem with that. Face would have been what, 37? 38? And he was playing younger, wasn't he?

One of the goons, 'Milt', was Tom Selleck's college roommate and played for a while in the NFL. That's kind of cool.

Actually, she is quite old for the part. I'm surprised casting hired a 30 year old. She's playing the classic farmer's daughter. She *was* a cutie...

Face has a good elaborate scam for why the car isn't a perfect replica. He does think ahead, doesn't he? It's little details like that which I find very special about this show....I feel like if this happened in a lot of shows, they would just try to take a car and make it look like a real police car and assume that it passes as one. But not Face....reminds me of the time when he purposely had some license or whatever it was be expired in the episode when they went and got that guy out of the prison in the made-up prison transport van.

They're lying about the watermelons. If they were harvested last week and some are already going bad... I'm upset that the A Team wants to jip market people by lying to them and providing them with rotting watermelons. They should have just got the money from the bad guy. Period. Wouldn't the market realize if they get rotting watermelons and deduct something from the price paid? Or do they just take the word of the farmer?

Anybody else think these people were kind of jerks? Complaining that their watermelons got to market late? If it wasn't for the team, they wouldn't have gotten there at all, and these folks would still be in a pickle. (As noted elsewhere, the guy who plays the father reminds me of Gary Sandy... I actually had to check IMDB and make sure, even though I was certain he was way too old.)
Again, Hannibal is picking on Face. He didn't want to be the cop for some reason. I've noticed in a few episodes that for dudes who've been in the military, they sure can do a lot of complaining about having to do a job that needs to be done*. I can think of ex-mil people I know who would point out that they had that kind of attitude pretty much beaten out of them by the military. And frankly, I'm surprised Hannibal as the CO tolerates it. *Off the top of my head... Face kvetching about having to be a cab driver in "Taxi Cab Wars;" Murdock complaining about having to push B.A.'s wheelchair in "...Bad Rock" and whining "but I'm a pilot"-- yeah, elitism is not a good look, H.M.-- there was another one where Face was whinging about something he had to do for a job. (He'd never last long in a corporate setting, either...)
The daughter is soooooo pretty. I think the prettiest actresses got parts in A Team. I think I noted for one episode that "it's a good thing they never meet up with any unattractive women in this show." *eye roll* I like how the bad guy listened to Murdock and called them a bunch of clowns. The reason I liked this is because usually Murdock does something stupid and the bad guys all act super scared of them and think right away that Murdock is scary crazy. His craziness is always more clownish, I think. Seemed like more of a realistic reaction to his antics. That's what I'd think, too. (I've seen so many people compare DS to Jim Carrey and... just no, in my book. Not even remotely. Carrey is straight-up goofy, sometimes in a dumb way. DS is often more out-there. To me, if I had to compare, sometimes his whole thing reminds me more of Robin Williams, especially like in Mork and Mindy where you know there are parts where Robin just... does stuff off the cuff. And where some of what he does is so completely wacky that you're just like, "...what the... what is that...is he even sane??")
They should have wrecked Amy's cars more frequently. It would be a great ongoing joke. Actually, it kind of would. Mean, but kind of funny. To be fair, that was not a car to in any way be excited about... lol.

The actress was 31 at the time, so she was a good age. I don't have a problem with that. Face would have been what, 37? 38? And he was playing younger, wasn't he? I think so. In one of the episodes he says something like "when I graduated X number of years ago" or something I think, and doing the math, IIRC, worked him out to around 35? I can't remember which season that was. Though, to be fair, this show never worries much about realism or plausibility (it makes writing fanfic kind of fun). So by gosh, if they tell us that car looks authentic enough to pass muster, it does, lol.

The ongoing joke of wrecking Amy's cars would have been hilarious. And I agree that the Murdock character reminds me more Robin Williams.
