It is a great location, isn't it? Looks like it really could have been Chicago, at least to someone who doesn't know the city. It was actually an apartment block in LA, of course. I managed to track down the address: 687 Shatto place. The building is probably still in use as an apartment block, judging from the images on Google maps. How on earth did you figure this out? A bit of googling. Face and BA tail the.bad guys after they smash up Mrs Baracus' apartment. You see a the name of a business in the background. Googling that led to an address and then was simple to locate Mrs Baracus' apartment using Google maps. Got quite a few locations doing this.

On another site, one of the members is a whiz at locating areas they filmed. He even has his own sub-board for everything he has found.

I love how Hannibal is good enough at makeup to know to use blue to bring out his eyes... lol. Anybody else feel like B.A. went pretty easy on the bad guys, considering they threatened and hurt his mom? And I really wish we'd gotten more of B.A.'s mom in the rest of the series. thats a memory from my childhood when people walk around listening to walk mans and boomboxes ...and when the cool kids would bring their boomboxes to school and play them during recess? Fuel is $1.85 per gallon. I wish! JET FUEL, no less. Is that all Mrs Baracus's stuff they're smashing? Those were her tea cups! That's not cool. That was precisely what I was wondering when I first watched it... I was hoping it was props they brought in. (You're basically having all the thoughts about this episode that I had... I have notes for all the episodes just with the random thoughts I was having as I watched...) I wonder why Hannibal decided to take Murdock's name as his mother character. They could have had a whole different last name since they're both playing characters. For some reason they all oddly always use their real names on a job. Nothing like being anonymous so the gov't doesn't find you and the bad guys don't just look you up and come after you later... Meanwhile Murdock has worn the gumby shirt the entire time they've been in Chicago. BA has worn the camo ensemble the entire time... Did Hannibal at least change his shirt? Murdock seems to change clothes very rarely. Pretty gross when you think about it. (And I don't think they mean that he wears the same clothes for days on end... just one of those things I guess nobody thought about; they just gave Murdock a signature look, figured they'd leave it the same, and never considered it implies the dude has hygiene issues.)
(One of my notes for this episode: "I feel like we've not seen Murdock in plaid flannel lately." I know at some point he loses the plaid flannel shirts {bit disappointing; it's part of the "Murdock" look}, but I can't remember if it's this early on, or if this is just around the time that in a couple episodes, he wears different shirts and I noticed that.)
