I've said it before and I'll say it again: I am a geeky girl. But the question is, since I presume we're all geeks to one degree or another, what other stuff do you like as much as TAT? Some random things that get me going: * Xena: Warrior Princess and Hercules: The Legendary Journeys (Joxer was my boy for a while!) * Star Wars, the original trilogy * Lord of the Rings * Terry Brooks (Shannara) books * Astronomy * Flight (yes, always loved it, long before I was introduced to HM!) * Ancient history * Renaissance Faires and re-enactments * Horses and riding OK, that's enough for me...guys?

I like THE LORD OF THE RINGS and Terry Brooks books...both series of Brooks. I like Asimov as well Piers Anthony...both of his series... Ancient history is awesome too. I have a HUGE collection of TV on DVD from years past to present. I collect TMNT cards too.

HD...do you mean SHANNARA, WORD AND VOID, or MAGIC KINGDOM? I liked all of them, and Piers Anthony rocks too. I'm big on ancient China for some reason. TMNT cards? That's too cool. I have a ton of Xena cards, baseball cards, and I just recently bought TAT set. Those are kinda weird, because they have stills from the various episodes and promo shots, but an original story. Plus they keep referring to Murdock as Howling Mad instead of just Murdock, which they never really did but once in a while. But the stickers made it worthwhile!

Apart from the A-Team I love: - cats ("cats are like crisps you can’t just have one" ;D) - music (especially Lacrimosa (they sing in German and it's lovely and Deine Lakaien, but I become more and more interested in film music) - films (I'm not the one who goes to the cinema six days a week, but I collect DVDs. However recently I watch mainly TAT) - graphics - and pansies (I know it sounds silly, but it's a kind of obsession from my childhood

I'm glad you mentioned cats, Mosame... Along with my invisible dog, I have two very visible cats. One is a black male called Smeagol, and the other is a grey female, Camille. They keep me on my toes, and they're good company. Anyone else here a cat slave, er, owner?

HD...do you mean SHANNARA, WORD AND VOID, or MAGIC KINGDOM? I liked all of them, and Piers Anthony rocks too. I have not read WORD AND VOID yet, but I like everything else of his series-based novels. I still have some of the original action figures of TMNT too. ;D

That's cool; I don't think I still have mine. Murdock is my most recent addition to a host of action figures from different genres. Right now he's keeping Eowyn of Rohan, Zam Wesell (STAR WARS), and Callisto (from XENA) company. Chicks dig him. ;D

Q. what other stuff do you like as much as TAT?
Music is a BIG thing for me. Spent a month this year travelling to see Sparks perform every one of their albums. Big fan of boxing & martial arts. I teach bellydance. I don't think that's geeky? Or is it?

I think most guys would agree that teaching belly dancing is NOT geeky.

I must be queen of the geeks because for the most part I don't even know what you guys are talking about! I have no idea who Terry Brooks is, or Piers Anthony, or what TMNT cards are. I have no idea who/what Sparks is (I take it that's some kind of musical group). I have never seen Xena either!

What exactly do you do in your down time outside of the A-TEAM?

HD: Amy is kinda like Maxwell Smart; she has a certain "Cone of Silence" side to her. But she has a good reason for it. (right, Amy?) Amy: Those authors write mostly fantasy; I've read Tolkien and his imitators for a long time. I also love THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA, and the movies weren't too bad so far... Eve: I don't think belly dancing is geeky at all, nor boxing or martial arts. Now, sword-fighting with Boffer weapons...that's geeky.
