So the van cover is excellent, but the drawings of the four of them are NOT excellent - Face has grey hair and looks about fifty!!! And Murdock looks a bit gormless.

I think that's supposed to be somewhat blonde hair on Face, but the thing I find odd is that it looks like he hasn't shaved for the day and we all know that Face (aside from perhaps one or two episodes) always keeps his face impeccably shaved. Still, the drawings are way better than I could do!

I think the drawings are pretty good. I'm just pleased there is a book available about the A-Team at last and knowing the content is the purpose of buying a book |

I could be wrong, but I had the idea that maybe you are the author of that book and/or illustrator. Is that right? Or how did you become aware of it? If you are the author, are you able to give us some more insights as to what is inside?
I do think the drawing of BA is quite good, and I thought the one of Murdock was pretty good, too. It actually kind of reminds me of the way he looks at the end of THE SOUND OF THUNDER. As I wrote, the drawings are way better than anything I could do. I think it is not that common that we see illustrations of our team members and we also all may have our own impressions of them that we carry around in our minds.
In any case, thanks for bringing this book to our attention, and while you're here, you are welcome to become a member of the forum and bring your insights to our threads!

I thought the cover was quite stunning.
I'd like to know more about what's inside, too. I started to read what was available in the sample, but didn't really get a clear idea of the content. It appears to be unavailable now.
I did think the Murdock was cute. Face does look older, but I think it's only because the hair colour appears white. I can definitely see Dirk there though, and that's talent.
Is the author an expert? An insider? I'd love to talk with the author.

Dirk Peppard - I think my original comment was a bit harsh, so I apologise.
I agree, rather than us all judging the book by its cover, it's what's inside that counts, and it would be nice to know a bit more about the content of the book, and especially if it's going to be available on kindle too. (Post is a bit hit and miss where I live).
Also, I echo amky's welcome to the forum, and it would be great for you to stick around and join in the discussions!

I've had a skim through it using Kindle Unlimited. It's nice to have information all together like that and for people just getting into the show it's a brilliant resource but for people who are "hardcore" fans, there's no new information. Plus Dwight Schultz is referred to as Shultz for most of his chapter and that bugs me from a pedantic standpoint.

Ok so it's three years since this thread was started so just wanting to know about this book? Has anybody here got a copy and if so could you possibly post a couple of scans from inside please?
I've only just recently come across this thread but I haven't been around the forum since before this, is the book we heard stories about being published a handful of years ago?
