Did he combine the threads each time he moved them out of the episode discussions into the archived forums? I think it looks like he combined them. I just moved the last two sets of discussions from Seasons 1,2, and 3 and put them into the archives... But I think I might have to merge them with the old ones. It seems like that's what he was doing. Although, maybe I'll just leave them like this...

I don't know how the archiving worked. My personal suggestion would be just to have whole new threads, as long as people can look back at the previous threads if they want to. I think they should even be able to copy and past anything that they want to quote even from an archived thread, although I'm not sure. But I think people may feel less overwhelmed if there are whole new threads started for each episode.

Looks like he combined them to me. There is a different of years between the first and the last.

Personally, I'm with Amy. I like the idea of just moving the entire thread there and not joining it with the older discussions of the same episode. That's just my preference though without any good reason why.

Oh, now I think I even understand what we are talking about....I think Sidney is asking what to do with the most recent "episode fun" threads. Is that right? If so, then I also would say to just leave them as their own threads, archive them, and then to have all new threads for the next round of forum viewing. Just my opinion and my preference.
