Looks like someone is selling an original A-Team Fan Club kit on ebay for $36.99 (US dollars).

I also enjoyed perusing that old fan club newsletter.

Here is issue #2 of the A-Team Fan Club newsletter. I don't know the date of this issue, but I'm going to guess it would have been around September 1984. In this issue, Frank Lupo talks about why Melinda left the show, and see a glimpse of the original script for TAXICAB WARS! And get the answers to the puzzles that were in Issue #1. ![](//storage.proboards.com/1533473/thumbnailer/caRIVzNYpJgPo6OkniHv.jpg) ![](//storage.proboards.com/1533473/thumbnailer/yC2AVH8uX_386ngDIUXb.jpg)

Pages 3 and 4... ![](//storage.proboards.com/1533473/thumbnailer/T0xgRLZNWePcprT5OaHa.jpg) ![](//storage.proboards.com/1533473/thumbnailer/VAPxIYX670X0m1pIYslX.jpg) Sorry about the messy puzzle... it shows where I circled all of the answers 32 years ago and I had no way of erasing that.

I agree with jeremy223. I think the answer to the 70-year-old lady was wrong! It says that the pilot premiered right after the Super Bowl. I thought the pilot was the Sunday Night Movie of the Week the week before the Super Bowl and that CHILDREN OF JAMESTOWN was the episode shown after the Super Bowl. I like jeremy's explanation, though....that maybe they are trying to make people forget Fake Face! HAHAHA!

I also love it that apparently the address to write to Dwight Schultz was just to a relative's house in Maryland! Maybe his father??? Fred Schultz?

You wouldn't think that would be safe. Different world in the 80s, I guess.

Yeah, just think, sidney....if some crazed fan were receiving that fan letter and knew where "Murdock's dad" lived, maybe they would have shown up on his doorstep!?!

Maybe I would have. Surely I'm not the only crazed fan though. Ladyjay and MommieJen would definitely go with me. Ladyjay would be shoveling dirt from the garden into mason jars to keep and MommieJen would be peeling the paint off the side of the house to put in baggies. I'd be the distraction.

What!?!? I would never .......putting dirt in mason jars.....that is just so ......so ......yea I would totally do that. You know me so well. Of course at the time this newsletter came out - we were just little girls - adorable little girls - so we totally would have gotten away with it. Hehe
