I'm watching this one right now. I think that the plant shown which is supposed to be the beer plant (at the close of a shift where people were clocking out) is actually the National Motor Plant from TROUBLE ON WHEELS. Also, I think that the building shown, which appeared to be under demolition) in the scene (as a staging shot) where Hannibal, BA, and Murdock went to the construction place and found the little model of the condo project is actually the building shown in STEEL.
Face said that "Promotion" is his middle name....I thought "Fantasy" was his middle name (from THERE'S ALWAYS A CATCH). HAHA!
Two of Mr. Webb's goons are, I think, from THERE'S A DESERT OUT THERE. I think one of them is "Al" from that episode (the guy who was in prison). And I think the other one is the ringleader of the gang that was trying to kill Al.
I love the gimmick of using the Polaroid photo to fool the security guard, although I highly doubt that would really work in real life. Wouldn't the focus be completely off? But I love that the show does not really seem to care much about what would be possible in real life!
I also like the obvious take-off of the "Where's the Beef?" Wendy's campaign, when BA says, "Where's the meat?!"
This is another episode which shows how Hannibal just humors Murdock, this time with his health campaign. When Murdock gives him those vitamins at the end, he just says, "Thanks, Murdock."
I give this episode a 9 on the Sidney scale.

Paula and I watched this episode today and it really is one of my all time favorites.
Episode MVP: Face. He does a great job with the PR, the truck swap, and the office break in with Murdock.
Paula was cracking up at Murdock sticking his head out of the ATM. Great stuff.
Fun episode.

Has Paula seen Sockie yet in TAXICAB WARS? I'm curious to know what she makes of that, as I think kids would really like Sockie.

We have definitely watched Taxicab Wars. She is consistently cracked up by Murdock and calls him a crazy foo (no L). She does seem to trust his pilot skills though. She asks to go to the airport so Murdock can take her to Disney almost once a day.

I always liked the health regimen kick Murdock was on in this one.

I love BA's reactions in this one, especially "where's the meat?" and also I love how Murdock talks about the little things on his sandwich and how some of them are even moving.

I like how they use the soda cannon too. I would hate to be that sticky though if I was the bad guys.

Watched this one again. There's inconsistencies with the plot structure. I wished the Webber/henchman were fleshed out a bit more? Some of the direction is interesting, however the setting is one of the things that stood out about the episode.

Rewatched to this one today. It's a great, classic style episode with a small family business in need of help. It was good to see Claudia Christian (from Babylon 5) in a different role. It was quite fun to have the sisters disagreeing about the merits of hiring The A Team and it was also fun that it was Hannibal who used his charms to convince her otherwise instead of Face. I loved Face's line "I don't like to complain, but why is it always me..." when Hannibal wasn't giving him any sympathy after his first encounter with Webb. He actually works really hard in this ep and he is the one in the firing line - although of course he loves to complain!
I also loved Murdock's health food obsession, although I thought Hannibal was a bit rude to keep deliberately lighting cigars in front of him and the sisters when they'd specifically asked him not to! The tag scene with the giant pill BA gave to Murdock was funny, I love it when Murdock impersonates BA - he does it a few times throughout the series.

It doesn't seem like most of us fans ever think about Hannibal's relationship with the client in this episode as a "romance" for Hannibal, but in some ways, it does seem to be. It doesn't have the chemistry of Hannibal and Doc Sullivan, perhaps, but it is an interesting "romance" for Hannibal, since the client does not just fall over in awe of Hannibal or the team.
