Okay, my story has got me thinking of something new. MyFace just said that he and Hannibal were very different when it came to women. MyFace loved wooing them. MyFace loved the relationships with each and every girl he pursued. But Hannibal wasn't like that.
I agree with MyFace. Now, once again, this is prequel time. Circa 1970. So Hannibal hasn't met strong women like Doc Sullivan yet. But I gotta tell ya, I think Hannibal would be even less likely to show a woman respect circa 1970. In the 80s, he's so macho and I've always argued misogynistic. But is that something hardened in him over time? Or is the few and far between gentler moments evidence of him softening due to wisdom and growth?
Wait a sec... Are there really any softened or gentler moments between Hannibal and women in the show at all? Even Maggie was tossed in a closet.

From a romantic standpoint, I can't seem to think of any.
But from a woman situation, he seems relatively deferent to B.A.'s mom and the elderly in THE GREY TEAM.
