I saw one of the Scarlotti brothers yesterday in KNIGHT RIDER. He played another bad guy. I also saw one of the kids that would go on to THE HEAD OF THE CLASS. He was a computer whiz kid here with a huge crush on an older woman. Similar but different from his bad boy smart kid on the HEAD OF THE CLASS.

I just finished watching another PERRY MASON TV movie (THE CASE OF THE SCANDALOUS SCOUNDREL). Both Wings Hauser and Yaphet Kotto were in it! Wings ended up being the killer.

I've been seeing a lot of guest stars the farther into the 80s I get with the seasons of KNIGHT RIDER. Paul Koslo was once again an unlucky bad guy. The guy has a talent. Also, the woman that got Face in DEADLY MANEUVERS was the bad guy in a two-parter.

He was always a believable bad guy despite not looking like one, to me at least. I think Dwight and Dirk say that Koslo was a great actor in the PROS AND CONS commentary. Also, the woman that got Face in DEADLY MANEUVERS was the bad guy in a two-parter. Did she look like a semi nice girl under all that greed and makeup? 🙂

I got to see some more in episodes yesterday. The fake Ellen Bancroft was in an episode helping inner city youth, so a shift from what she was doing in FAMILY REUNION. I think I prefer her here, mainly because I hate the fake Ellen storyline. I also got to see Sonny Monroe's girlfriend from CHAMP! She was much more important here, even if she was still eye candy for Michael Knight. Billy Rey King from THE BELLS OF ST. MARY'S was also in this one as one of those inner city youth being helped. One of the bad guys in KNIGHTS OF THE ROAD was a bad guy in this one. Instead of a tow truck, he used a monster truck. John Considine was a bad guy. You might remember him from THE A-TEAM IS COMING. Darlene from HOLIDAY IN THE HILLS was working with the bad guy, but was being pressured by a kidnapped child. That woman just cannot catch a break. Dirkson from CHOPPING SPREE was the man who was holding the little girl. A couple of A-TEAM guest star heavy episodes yesterday.

This one is for Amy: Monk's original therapist was a bad guy in an episode. Not a very smart one, but tried to poison David Hasselhoff!
This episode also featured DOMINQUE from the SPY WHO MUGGED ME.
Another episode featured the Russell (can't remember her first name) woman from BREAKOUT!

Last night I watched the Greatest American Hero 3rd season opener. Only noticed one A-Team actor - the murderous crazy bad guy from CRYSTAL LAKE. He played a Nazi!
The ep also twice features the Joey Scarbury 'Opposites Attract' song from the end of CURTAIN CALL'.
I am pretty sure that the ep featured the distinctive hot dog van from RANGE RIDER. You see it when Hannibal is posing as the hot dog vendor in the park to suss out Running Bear. The vehicle played a more prominent role in the GAH ep. I reckon it's the same van as it's pretty distinctive: an old school Volkswagen van with a giant hot dog sausage sticking out of the front and back.

I also recently watched the 1968 George Peppard film, P.J. He plays a hard boiled private eye come hard man.
I was surprised to discover that it also features 4 other A-Team actors:
- The army officer bad guy from MISSION OF PEACE. He appeared to have barely aged over the years. - in a tiny part a man opens the door for GP. I clocked him as one the recurring bad guys/stunt men in the A-Team. He is in loads of eps. For example he's in DIAMONDS AND DUST as the barman, Jake, who tips off the bad guys about the A-Team's presence in the bar. - the tall thin bad guy from DESERT who was also one of Insane Wayne's gang. He plays a bartender in a packed bar where GP ends up fighting everyone else. It's somewhat reminiscent of the fight in SLAYRIDE. -A very young looking Uncle Buckle Up appears briefly in one scene. GP pushes his face into a pizza!
I watched the film simply to see GP and tick off another of his films. He is the best thing in this movie. I couldn't recommend it otherwise. The script is too by the numbers which undermines the quality in the cast and the direction.

Interesting about all those actors being in that film. I've never even heard of that film, to my knowledge.

Also, 'Opposites Attract' was written for that episode of GAH and then reused for the A-Team. SJC was responsible for both shows, so why not reuse props?

LuAnne was back in an episode of KNIGHT RIDER over the weekend. As was the former Nazi in WHERE IS THE MONSTER WHEN YOU NEED HIM? He played a corrupt diplomat.

Last night on THE TWILIGHT ZONE, Liam Sullivan was one of the stars. (He's Dr. Peters from RECIPE FOR HEAVY BREAD and also is a "Party Guest" in HOT STYLES.) He played a man who took a bet from another man that he would not speak for a year. The episode is called "THE SILENCE." I won't reveal the ending in case anyone wants to watch it sometime, but of course with it being TWILIGHT ZONE, there is a bit of a twist at the end. But this particular episode does not involve science fiction, time travel, or anything supernatural.

Mitchell Ryan (Ike Hagen from WASTE 'EM) was also in an episode of WALKER, TEXAS RANGER, titled THE COMMITTEE. He plays a crooked judge who runs the titular committee, which consists of assassins who target people they believe got off the hook too lightly for their crimes.
Eddie Velez was in the WALKER two-parter EL COYOTE, in which he helps Walker take down a Mexican slave trading ring. I should have rewatched this episode first before making this post. He's actually a villain. Specifically, a pimp. He plays sleazy real well though.
