Yet another WALKER one: Noble Willingham, one of the stars of WALKER, played the TV station owner in TAT episode TIL DEATH. And the gas station owner in A LITTLE TOWN WITH AN ACCENT. Did he play a bad guy in Walker? I struggle to accept him as a bad guy in TIL DEATH, perhaps because he is so compelling as a good guy in LITTLE TOWN.

I have never seen GP in anything else*, but I feel like I need to. *Oh, okay, or any of them, except MT, and then only in Rocky, not anything else... Seeing the A-Team star do other stuff is a bit like watching a good friend or close family member acting in a play! You could catch one of GP's better films from the 60s, and for Dirk there is the first season of the original Battlestar Galactica.

I have found myself rewatching the early eps from the SJC-Lupo show Hunter. There are many A-Team faces. Joe Santos (the good guy in TROUBLE ON WHEELS and Dennis from the Rockford Files) briefly appears as a cop as does the father of the little girl in NEIGHBORHOOD. The prosecutor from TRIAL BY FIRE plays a dodgy ex cop. In one ep, the female artist from BEVERLY HILLS is the girlfriend of the wrongly accused parking attendant in CHOPPING SPREE. They both live in a small town that is run by Bus Carter.
Its also noticeable how many early scripts are written by either SJC or Lupo. This is where their energies were going, instead of guiding and scripting the third season of the A-Team.

My mom liked HUNTER, and I liked it just fine when I did watch it, but I never really really got into it. I think I could if I watched it from the beginning, though. And I do like that those shows give actors additional roles. I think that indicates some sense of loyalty to the actors if they showed up on time and did their jobs well. That could be a real plus for those actors who are more bit actors and never really big stars. I doubt they make tons and tons of money.

The first season is basically Dirty Harry meets the A-Team with the emphasis on action. They change direction from the second season onwards. The action doesnt disappear altogether but the focus is more about drama. The show is really built around the great chemistry of the two stars.

No. In Walker, Willingham plays CD Parker, retired Ranger-turned-bar owner and was Walker's friend. He starred in seasons 1 through 7. Jesse Vint, aka Insane Wayne, starred in the indie 1977 action thriller Black Oak Conspiracy, in which he plays a movie stuntman who goes home to care for his dying mother and uncovers a scheme to kill homeowners so the bad guys can buy the land. A very A-Team kind of plot. One of the major villains is Albert Salmi, the evil diamond mine owner in DIAMONDS N DUST.
